Children & Young People
There are many organisations and funding programmes that offer support to projects working with children and young people. These projects may include encouraging young people to take a more active role in their local community, helping young people to remain in education and training or addressing the needs of disadvantaged children and young people.
Financial Inclusion
By promoting the financial inclusion of the population there are many organisations who can contribute to economic regeneration by funding various projects under this theme. Such projects may be those that help the unemployed back into work; support vulnerable individuals to develop their financial capabilities or other assistance and advice to help people into training or further education.
Health and Wellbeing
Health and wellbeing are major issues for individuals and communities with many organisations and programmes offering support to tackle health inequalities and the promotion of continued good health and wellbeing.
Improving the Environment
